Refund policy

We have a 100-day return policy, which means you have 100 calendar days after receiving your item to request a return. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition you received it, unused and in its original packaging. Proof of purchase is required.

For wall murals, the mural must be completely unused and uninstalled. It must not have been applied to a wall, peeled from its backing, pasted, cut, trimmed, altered, damaged, or otherwise used. All mural panels must be returned in their original condition and packaging.

Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with our return address in the Czech Republic (EU). Return shipping is arranged and paid for by the customer. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us as soon as possible if there is an issue.

We offer replacements or refunds for items that arrive damaged, defective, or incorrectly produced if the issue is reported within 14 days of receiving the package. We may ask you to provide photographs showing the damage or defect.

For wall murals, we strongly recommend inspecting all panels for damage, printing defects, or other issues before installation.

For lost packages, reports must be submitted within 14 days from the date the package is marked as lost in the tracking information.

 

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is shipped to the European Union, you may have a statutory right to cancel or return eligible purchases within 14 days of receiving them, without providing a reason.

The item must be returned in substantially the same condition in which it was received and in its original packaging.

Please note that statutory withdrawal rights may not apply to products that are made to the customer's specifications or clearly personalized, including certain made-to-measure products. This does not affect any additional return rights we voluntarily provide under our 100-day return policy.

Refunds

We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return and let you know whether the refund has been approved.

If approved, the refund will be issued automatically to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember that your bank or credit card provider may require additional time to process and post the refund.

Original return shipping costs are not refundable unless the return is due to an item arriving damaged, defective, or incorrectly produced.
