At Titan Maps, we strive to process and deliver your orders as efficiently as possible.
Processing Time
- Processing time is the time needed to prepare your order before it ships.
- Rolled Posters: 2-3 business days
- Framed Posters: 3-6 business days
Shipping Time
- Standard Shipping: 2–7 business days worldwide
- Express Shipping: 1–3 business days worldwide

We ship globally using reliable carriers, including:
- FedEx
- UPS
- DHL
- DPD
- Venipak
Tracking Information
All orders come with tracking information. Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email to monitor the progress of your shipment.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs vary by destination and order value. At checkout, the applicable shipping cost will be calculated based on your location.
Free Shipping
We offer free shipping for orders over $200 USD / 190 EUR for customers in North America and Europe.
Shipping Limitations Geographically speaking, we can ship to most countries and territories on six continents, both urban and rural areas. However, there are some unique exceptions:
- Shipping to P.O. boxes is not possible.
- Shipping to restricted areas, such as military bases, is not possible.
- Shipping to some very remote locations, such as small islands, might not be possible. It depends on the specific case. You can ask us about a place, we will talk to our shipping carriers and let you know if shipping there is possible;
- In rare cases, shipping to an area is possible, but it will be very expensive or slow. We will let you know about such situations.
Customs and Import Duties
Please note that customs fees and import duties may apply for international orders outside of the EU. These fees are not included in our prices and are the responsibility of the recipient. For more information, please check with your local customs office.
Packaging
- Framed posters are handmade and shipped in protective bubble wrap and durable cardboard.
- Print-only posters are wrapped in tissue paper and rolled into durable shipping tubes.

Delivery Issues
- Lost Packages: If your package is labeled as "lost" in tracking, please contact us within 14 days from this status update to initiate a replacement or refund.
- Damaged Packages: If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 14 days of receiving the package. To qualify for a replacement or refund, reports of damages must be submitted within this 14-day period.
